What? No tickets?

When you join FunCon Two you are not just buying a ticket, but joining the FunCon family. FunCon is not a show you passively watch, but a series of fun events you can participate in to whatever degree you desire. To become a member of the FunCon family, visit our Registration page.

Who'll be there?

Lots of people! Please see our Member List to people who have opted to be listed. We hope you'll join us, but don't worry, you don't have to appear on the public members list unless you want to.

What does it cost?

The rates are as follows:

  • First 40 members: £55
  • Next 40 members: £65
  • Everyone else: £70
  • Concession/Unwaged/Low Income: £50

In the past we have tended to increase the price at specific points in the year to encourage early joining. However, this has tended to cause a rush of people joining before the price increase points, rather than a steady flow. It has also been hard to predict how many people will join at each price point, making it hard to predict how much we can spend on fun activities.

So this time we're trying a new approach. We are making all the rates available from the start, but the cheaper memberships have limited numbers. So if you want to join for the cheapest price, you can do so, but you should join early to be sure they won't run out. Of course, if you are feeling flush and want to leave the cheaper memberships for other people, or just want to give us more money, you can pay at a higher rate. You can see how many of each membership price are left on the registration form.

We don't want the cost of attending to cause anyone hardship, so if you would find the attending rate difficult to afford, please feel free to avail of the concession rate of £50. We won't ask for any proof that you are entitled to it.

Have I joined already?

Not sure whether you're a member? Don't worry, the first step of joining is to enter your email address. We'll send an email with a link to take you to the registration form, and it will alert you if you are already a member at that point (providing you use the same email address).
