Every day in December we will be featuring a different programme item from FunCon 1, to remember the fun we had and give you an idea of the sort of silliness you can expect at FunCon 2.  If you were there, feel free to share your photos and memories in the comments!

πŸŽ„Day 20 - Circus Skills: Defying Gravity and Flying Space Balls

This session included AcroYoga, Juggling and Poi!  AcroYoga is a playful form of partner acrobatics where participants move and balance other humans on their feet, while poi is a performance art which originated with the Māori people of New Zealand, involving swinging tethered weights through a variety of rhythmical and geometric patterns. Juggling, meanwhile, involves continuously throwing a number of objects into the air trying to catch them again. We had a go go at the basics of all three, and remarkably no-one was injured in the process!
