Acro yoga is a playful form of partner yoga which combines aspects of yoga, acrobatics and Thai massage with some gravity-defying stunts. Come along and give it a try - no experience required, and no partner necessary, we can find you one on the day!

A performance art which originated with the Māori people of New Zealand, Poi involves swinging tethered weights through a variety of rhythmical and geometric patterns. Juggling involves continuously throwing a number of objects into the air trying to catch them again. Both involve trying not to hit yourself in the head, with varying degrees of success. Come along and have a go at the basics - bring your own Poi or Juggling balls if you have some!
